What is your level and can you get a gold hat?

How do you get 3 stars on very hard levels? Any tips?

Hi Jo (@rebelchild) the very hard levels, the ones with red or purple color on your wall are difficult and if you have to clear owls the level is getting more difficult. Personally I follow an approach which I named bazuka and I may use a couple of boosters. Before I explain it let me know where do you stand by answering the following:
- what is you current chapter and level?
- can you get a gold hat?
- do you get a hidden spell in some levels?
- can you get a second gold hat
For the questions 2-4 I have posted info in this thread. If you have any questions on my postings just ask me.

1. I am on chapter 47. But I am trying to complete chapter 46 with all 3 stars
2. Is the golden hat one of the three hats to collect? If so then yes I have gotten golden hats
3. I do get the hidden spells
4. No second gold hat unless it is part of the three hats to collect .
I only have 8 golden chapters. Trying for the badges. Thank goodness there isn't a time limit!

Hi @rebelchild the first thing is to find out if you can do (see page 2) the following
read it carefully and when you do it select a 2 level to play. If you don't see the second gold hat, as in my screens posted, and assuming you didn't do any mistakes, it means that the 2nd hat is available at a higher than 47 chapter .
You will play the selected level and hopefully you will get 3 stars.
If you have the hidden spell available on your selected level you will get the 3 stars for sure.
Repeat this procedure a few times and let me know the results.

Ok so I got gold hat. Tried to succeed, but still ended up with 2 stars. Owl level

Hi @maf34100 apologies for not responding sooner, I was busy and haven't played for a few days.
OK, on my last level I got my first gold hat. I followed your instructions logged out of my game and then back in. I opened the next level (below) and ⬇️ I still have my gold hat; no new cycle has started. What do I do now?

Hi @Racoon7 if you log off, then login and Stella wears a gold hat and not a brown hat that means that at your level you are not qualify yet for a 2nd hat. Please let me know your level so I can write it down.
@PrettyBubbles can you tell us from what level a player is qualified for a 2nd gold hat?

Hi @rebelchild you got a gold hat. I assume you followed the preparation procedure for a 2nd gold hat but it never showed up. That means at your level you don't qualify for a 2nd gold hat.
The next step is to combine a gold hat with one or both of the following
- play a level with Leo active
- try to have the hidden spell avaliable when you start your level
To combine both in a level you must
- have Leo stand by for activation (it is active for 30min every 4hrs)
- The cycle of hidden spell is 22 plays of any single or multiple levels
Can you make the hidden spell available on the next level which will be one for 3 stars?
Tip: don't play an owl level before you try a few ghost or clear all levels.
