Since the last update, I haven't been able to open the game on my phone anymore. Suddenly the game won't open or start up anymore. When I press the icon to start the game it seems to open but after a few seconds the phone just returns to the screen. I don't know what the problem is or what I can do about it. I don't get any notifications about any errors. Can someone help me with this problem, please? I don't want to delete the game from my telephone and install it again, because I've been playing for quite some time and have reached high levels and built a nice house for Stella. I'd hate to have to start all over again. My phone is a Samsung S4 mini. I hope someone can help me. Thanks!

Hi my grandma plays the game on her computer through her computer but it comes up with the Ming logo and loads then says error plaease come back in a moment so hopefully u can help me.

Hi @elliotbe2195, sorry Grandma is having a problem. Can you tell me if she is playing on Windows 10 and what platform is she signing into. For instance is she trying to sign in thru Facebook Gameroom or is the app downloaded thru Microsoft store or Google store. These are the things that we need to know before we can help you. 👻
