Every time I get a Blue hat, if I try to use the Wake the Wise Tree Event, Bubble Witch goes "POOF" and I have to restart... every time! This means I lose my Blue Hat and have to start over! It doesn't happen with the Brown Hat or Gold Hat, just the Blue Hat, an Ive played dozens of levels, restarted the game etc, but this always happens, if I'm lucky, I can ignore the Wise Tree, until I get the Gold Hat, but sometimes it just drags me into it.
