I try to open the app on my pc and it either shows a complete white screen or it loads a bit and doesn't even show the levels so you can click on them..what can i do? i noticed it the last 3 days and i haven't been able to play.

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
