The daily reward in BW3 has been hit or miss for me. I play every day but the bonus doesn't show up

The daily reward in BW3 has been hit or miss for me. I play every day but the bonus doesn't show up every day. The most I've ever gotten it to was 2 days, and I usually only get 1.
