LOST ALL Power ups in Bubble Witch 3

Lost All power ups about 3-4 days ago. I had 4-5 green, 4-5 Red/brown, and 1 blue. I emailed tech support, and was told to join up here. So.......who do I contact for help. This isn't cool. I see that many have complained of this same issue, with no resolution.
