Bubble witch saga 3 isnt compatable with my samsung galazy core prime i want to know if there is a version that would be compatable

As the game app is developed, new features and challenges are added some older devices may not be able to handle the implemented changes.
Some players have reported that following these steps have improved their playing experience so they are definitely worth trying:
- Clear the cache frequently using this sequence: Settings > Apps > search the game > Clear cache
- Delete the Google Play Store Cache. To do this, please go to the Settings menu for your device. Now head to Applications > Manage Applications > All > Google - Play Store and tap the "Clear Cache" button.
- Close all other background apps while playing and restart the device frequently.
- Have at least 2 GBs of free, internal memory. Go to Applications -> Settings -> phone storage

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
