I lost my progress and I was on level 200

Question

I just switched from a Samsung galaxy s7 to a s9. Once I switched all my progress was lost on my new iPhone. I didn't have my game saved through Facebook or anything. I just made it to level 200, please, is there anything I can do?? :(  Thank you very much!

Hi Jenny,

Ouch, Just for the record, if you don't want to save your progress through Facebook, you can make a Kingdom account and it will keep track no matter which device you use as long as you are logged in.

I am going to pass this on to one of the team who can look at your account :)
