Game progress lost and Stella's house renovations back to beginning

Hi, I have already messaged you via the Customer Care option on the app and have not had a reply concerning the problems I've experienced. Just an advert for the online King Care community. I am really annoyed after coming back to my game to find that my renovations on Stella's house are back to the beginning. I had all the latest updates on the house as of July - August this year. More renovation options weren't available. The other issue is that I had collected over 30, 000 fairy dust for home renovations and when I came back to my game I was down to just over 3, 000. How has this happened? I really enjoy this extra feature besides the actual game play. As I had no reply from Customer/tech support and was really disappointed that all my hard work replaying levels to get 3 stars and more fairy dust by filling up the bottom bar has counted for nothing, I haven't played Bubble Witch 3 in months. Now I have come back to the game and updated it hoping that might fix it and I am livid to find that I am back to Yawny Yards after having been at Chapter 8 last time I played! Please help. This was my favourite game/app to play on my phone. I don't have an account so I don't know how I am going to get all my game progress back. I never thought this would happen and am lost as to how it has. Can you help?

You do better than me Some levels on games I am just glad to scrape past.

It was on her list and I thought she had answered, but in her defence, we have given her a novel length list over the last few days lol. I will re-add it and then follow up to see what she says. She is going to have to check your account to see if she can see whats happened.

In the meantime, I don't think I asked you to try the troubleshooting. Can I ask you to try as the first thing she will say is have you lol. If you can let me know before she see's this post if its worked or not then I can tell her you tried

I know they have had major issues and did pull the feature, also some of it is testing, so to be honest, we are not sure what is testing and what are errors as the studios are not so good at informing us unless its a yes or no question. At least that is how it seems But someone was reporting that with the latest update, things had re-appeared. So hopefully that is all it is. If the troubleshooting doesn't help, as I said, let me know and at least we can rule that out

Also I would like to add that I enjoy the new mini games, like the trick or treats or spell cast, if that is what you call it; the one where you play games to level up and make potions so you get a reward at the end. As well as the peek-a-boo treasure chest ghost hunt on the main levels of the game. Although I don't always use my lives to advance in the game but rather re-play levels to get all 3 gold stars before I move onto the next levels, therefore I don't always get all the treasure chests.

Hi Chicken Slayer, I have gone back to playing Bubble Witch 3 Saga as I missed it and in the time it has taken to get a reply I have actually gone past Purr Promenade which was where I was before I got put back to Yawny Yards. I am annoyed to have to go back through the levels all over again as I like to complete a chapter by getting all the gold stars and since it takes a while for lives to reload I get stuck on the same level for some time. I have made an account so hopefully if this happens again it can be sorted out and it gives me some security to know my game will be how I left it when I come back. Is there any way to get back all my fairy dust I had saved up? Thanks
