My points for striped candies are not being added to the total points

This happens in Candy crush soda. I have tried turning game off/on and device off/on. I will be going down in a division. Hopefully, this will be fixed.

This occurs on my mobile that is android turbo with Android 6.0.1 and on my tablet that is a Galaxy tab s2 with Android 7.0
