Thank you for your help! Now the game is downloading ( Starting) faster. i play the game on my laptop and i clear cache and cookies as you suggested and its better, but i don't know why i lost all the gifts from Maggie :-(

What do you mean by "download", do you mean to Start the game?
Are you playing on your mobile or from you computer? If it's on your phone, I'd recommend to update the game and make sure your phone does not run too many Apps in the background. If it's from your PC, make sure to clear cache and cookies and to get the latest version of your browser as well as make sure the Wifi connection is good :-)

Following an update on 27 Feb I no longer get the option to use good bars to buy extra bubbles
