Bubble Witch 3 gone inactive on my phone

Hi there,

Since yesterday I am not able to open the game on my Win10 phone. It seems as it is updating itself saying "in progress" but it lasts for more thatn a day now. Unfortunately I have not connected the game to Facebook so I really would like to reach the game at least once again :)  Do you think there is a solution for me or I just have to say goodbye to my 370 levels? :-/

Good afternoon, I would advise that you try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

And then I have a link to show you how to get help, there is a contact form towards the end of the link that you can contact the team directly who will be able to help you.

I would advise though that you either make a Kingdom account or a Facebook account to keep your progress on as the team will need this to be able to get you it back. Plus it avoids problems like this in future :)
