Since having the latest update to Firefox,  bubblewitch 3 has lost some of it's graphics. The background is black and no colour to any of the bubbles. Any one able to help?

Hi Jennie May, thank you for posting.

I have heard of the black screen and it is under investigation, but have you tried a different browser? There seems to be two issues, one affecting Firefox more and one for windows in general. If you try a browser like Google Chrome, what happens?

Hi Chicken Slayer. I tried it in Google Chrome and it works fine. I don't really like Google Chrome and prefer Firefox, which is where i'm guessing the problem lies. It does appear that Firefox is getting "picky" about which elements they will support

I have come to the conclusion that all main companies are in such competition they forget it’s not about how they can beat everyone else and how they can have the most sparkly product (Facebook is the same) but it’s the people using products that matter. I left Firefox behind sometime ago because it got slower and slower. I don’t know if you can download gameroom, I use that (fb gameroom) and it’s quicker than though Facebook :)

I have tried gameroom before and it messed up my computer. I think I will just drop bubble witch, which is a shame as it's one of the few games I enjoy. Thanks for your suggestions. :-)

Ah Jennie, it seems a shame to drop it for that. Why not just play that game alone on chrome?

Hi Chicken. That is what I have been doing, it's a pain to keep switching. I'm hoping Firefox will sort themselves out eventually, though that could be a little too optimistic Lol

I have been googling, and I am going to give you some links from their forums/help pages.

Have a look and see if anything helps :)

    Facebook games issues

    Drivers etc

    More screen issues

Did I ask you if you have any add ons, have you tried opening it in safe mode?

You could also try posting on the FF forum too see if there is anything they can suggest :)

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
