Actually I am losing this level many times ,can someone tell me how to play level 304 .

Always go for the upper level bubbles and when the owl of the same color matches, be sure to take it out. Just went back and completed the level only using the bubbles and resources given. Since I am on Chapter 347, Level 6906 a lot of Bubbles in Owl Levels have to be taken out way above where you are shooting from in order to pass the Level. Also if you have a Blue or Gold Hat they can help a lot too.
