I can only use lives which system gives me.

I have checked with Ayda Aktay she sents me lives regularly, but not receiving anyone , also cannot see any lives that she sent me.
But I can receive lives from Baris Gulen.
I can send Ayda Aktay lives and she receives all.
I play only Bubble Witch 3, not any other plays.

Could you please tell me what exactly happens: Are you seeing the lives but unable to collect them? Are you not receiving nor seeing any lives?
That would be helpful for me to understand the issue! Also, is it only for Bubble Witch 3 or have you noticed in any other games (If you're playing other games ;-) )

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
