I was on L1973 and then the game did an update and put me right back to L1

Question

I have been playing this for a few years and had just got on to L1973 when the game did an update and put me right back to the beginning at L1. Is there any way I can get me progress back please?

Hi @bassbabi Your game will not have been saved if the tips did not restore your levels

Please select the contact us tab at the bottom of the page and explain what happened as our customer services can restore your levels manually 💓

Can you try playing 1 Level then closing the game and restarting your device if you had your game saved this should retrieve your levels
