I am unable to update my house....one second I have the beanstalk and cats....and the next minute it’s gone and says “relax while more things are coming soon”. I have over 116,000 stardust that I have collected over the past few months that I cannot even use to update anything.

Our Studio is investigating this as we speak, however, I cannot provide you with any ETA as we don't know how long it's gonna take for them to figure out how to fix it.

Thank you. I went to the link and read the steps. I am not sure how to clear the catche on my iPhone. I am still unable to revamp my home even though it is showing that an update to the house is done, I still get “relax while more things are coming soon”. None of the friends on my account are showing the beanstalk, although we have enough stars to have one. I really enjoy the game and hope someone has a solution that might work for an iPhone. I did not want to have to start the game all over. I’m at level 503.
sorry to hear it did not work... You can try to reinstall the game, and once it's done, if you lost your progression, I'll be able to put you back to level 503 (you'll lose your personal scores though). However, I cannot guarantee it will grant the beanstalk.
I’ve tried reinstalling the game too, many times. It’s still showing the same message every time. Are there any other options?
I'm sorry but there's no other options... Another reason though can be that you are part of a Testing group > Our Game Studios are constantly adapting our games by introducing and testing new features, gameplay or concepts. Before releasing these kind of new features, the Game Studio always chooses a randomly-selected group of players to trail the feature and see how they react to it. They then look closely at how the change has been viewed and decide if it's something they want to permanently implement in the game or not.
I'm waiting for updates from the Studio to see if you're part of a group or if you're affected by the technical issue.

I logged back in....it finally let me do another upgrade to my beanstalk (I think I have added 3 things to it.) Then I went to play a level....clicked back on my home...and the beanstalk was gone. Not sure if this helps solve anything.
Thanks for the info! I will let the Studio know. Since you had access to it, it's probably a bug rather than a test. I'll keep you posted!
