Yes as Chris as said it can reset things for you but make sure you log out don't just close the game and leave your device off for a couple of minutes

I have tried everything to get the event off an go to the regular level to come back up with no success l have download the app I turn it off I log off 30 to 40 or more time I shut off phone 30 time an all I get is Penny and Stella standing an the game has be completed for over a week a go
Every time I log back in and hit the play โฌ๏ธ I have done everything I no to do It make me not want to play anymore events I might get it off with a hammer ๐จ

Hi @ddgarringer Sorry you are having trouble
As all other trouble shooting has failed the next step that we only recommend as a last resort is an uninstall but you would loose any saved boosters
Can you send me your ID and if you can wait until Tuesday I can check if it's a known issue
Even if it is a uninstall may still be necessary
I will leave you with them choices

Hi @Meowtastic we never know when our studio will spread some magic over us but don't worry should it return you won't miss it as you will receive a pop up
It is available on android as I use android receive all our events
