Hi @N_ana , I am so sorry you are having this problem. A few things that could make this happen is you don't have a strong connection. Please check that out. If that is not it, lets reset your game. Log out of your game, turn off for a few seconds then turn back on. Log back into your game. You should then be able to play your game

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
