Not sure what's happening but nearly every time i click on an ad to watch it freezes my game, no choice then but to force close the app, meaning i lose the reward and the level. Not happy π
Anyone else getting this issue?

I have ads freezing the game every single day. When it asks me to watch an ad for extra bubbles i can guarantee one or more of them will freeze on the screen and i have to force close the app to get out of it. Some ads work perfectly fine, but then those very same ads that do work will then freeze when i try to watch them again.
I don't know why it's happening π
Hi again @DU123! I'm sorry to hear this. The team has checked the data to see how many times ads triggered the game freeze. From what they have seen, it looks that only there were a few instances when the game got frozen after clicking on ads. Meaning that from our end, the game should work properly. I would suggest is to make sure your Internet connection is stable and to turn off and on your device.Β Hopefully, it will help!

Yes, i keep everything up to date with the game, it's on version 7.33.20 right now, and my device has roughly 17GB of free space.
I did the uninstall last week but it didn't help π
HiΒ Β @DU123! I'm so sorry that you still have this problem. May I know if you update your device, and which game version you have? It's so important to keep everything updated. Plus, please make sure you have at least 2 GB of free space on your device. As a last resort, try deleting and then reinstalling the game. Just make sure your game is safely backed up to your King or Facebook account before taking this step.
If, after trying all these options, the issue keeps going, please let me know! I'll escalate this again!

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
n Leo's Cup, instead of increasing, the score decreases every time you pass a level. I have reported the problem several times but have not received any response.
