I've been playing BW-3 since day 1 on FB and the unlimited lives award has never worked. Plz help.
Sometimes its when wireless kicks off, or if you accidentally press a button. One of my F keys does flight mode, and anothe disables wireless. Sometimes when typing fast it happens. Yet the funny thing is if I wanted to actually activate it, it would make me press another key with it lol.
Just make sure next time you are connected before playing and get back to us if it doesn't work again
That's very strange. I didn't even know I had something called flight mode on my laptop. I don't fly. Not sure why that would be "on." Anyway, thanks for explaining what happened. And thank you for the recumpance. As I said, this game had never awarded me that award since it's rollout on Facebook while every other bonus chest worked. So, still, that is very odd, but I'll accept it as solved. Thank you.

Thanks for the screenshot by the way! I had a second look at it and it looks like the flight mode was activated on your laptop when you received the Unlimited lives. This means that you were not connected to the internet and therefore, it did not trigger. Please note you have to be logged in to the internet for rewards to be applied to your account.
I have added 30 minutes unlimited lives to your account now for the inconvenience, but please, in the future, make sure you're logged in to internet and that should work fine

Yes, it is a known issue and the Studio is working on fixing it as we speak. At the moment, I am unable to give you a resolution time but hopefully that will be done shortly.
I will keep you posted as soon as I have an update for you. In the meantime, we're here to help so don't hesitate should you need anything.

Sorry Melissa, not sure if Mia misunderstood it, or if she thought the windows app would work better. You're playing from the browser is that correct? It could be something Facebook is blocking although I don't know why it would. I usually play through Gameroom, but Mia mentioned the windows app (sorry it doesn't notify us if you just comment rather than post an answer at the moment, its being added to the new version of the site when that's live) if you go to the windows store you can download it onto your computer and bypass Facebook, although you would still connect to Facebook to save progress.

It only works on windows 10 and can often be smoother. Try it there if you can, see if that helps but you definitely are not getting the 30 minutes that I could see from your images.

The remedy for this issue still remains unsettled. I have had this issue since the game has begun. And according to this page I am the only one with this issue. I play ON Facebook. I have done all of the cleanups, etc. Yet, my unlimited lives award never actually activates. Is this an issue that is being worked on? Or will this bonus chest always be a "congratulations you've won nothing!" ?Queen Mia gave me "compensation" for a different issue/bug re Trixie's Challenge. That question is solved (though not fixed, but it sounds like that is something being worked on). I'm just wondering what the status on this issue is. Thx
Sorry Melissa, King will usually ask us to try the troubleshooting before anything else which is why we always start with that. I am glad to see Mia has helped you out though

The troubleshooting link has absolutely nothing to do with my problem that has been since the inception of the game. Nonetheless, I did it with no effect to resolve the issue. The screenshot will just show that I "won" the chest with 30 minutes unlimited lives. It's not going to show you anything else. My lives will still go down as I lose during that half hour. I can print screen button. Not sure where that will go. Does it save somewhere on my computer or is it like cut and paste where I can just ctrl v it here?Thanks!
No worries about the video. You could be right about that lol.
Screenshotting help is given here. I hope its clear enough as I googled windows 10 and they got confusing talking about things you don't even need. I either use the Prtscr button, or I use a google chrome extension. When you save it to your pc, to upload back here, you just click on the middle of the 3 icons just above the answer box and follow the instructions.
Hopefully the troubleshooting will help, when they make the new site better they are hopefully going to have everything easier to find. I Still use google a lot, or have all my links bookmarked which is ok when at home on the pc
And don't worry about the contest. Its not for everyone. Or those of us who can't seem to work out how to get a lot of points even with 3 stars haha.
I've been playing ON Facebook via laptop Windows 10. I win them from chests. I never know when it is going to happen so video could be hours... and I don't know how to do that. I also don't know how to screenshoot. If you tell me how I am happy to do it. I will follow the troubleshoot link now. Thank you for providing it. That's the kind of thing I was looking for and couldn't find. Will reply again with results of that. I have seen the contest. Not interested in that. Thanks though.

Can I ask that you try some troubleshooting for me please to see if that rules out anything.
Have you actually won it from chests etc? Next time it happens do you think you could screenshot (or video so the team can watch it) the reward and then your life bar so we can forward it on if it keeps happening please
