The beanstalk along with Stella's house is part of a testing phase. As such its in different control groups with some players being able to access more than others. This is set by the studio as they are gathering data.
At some point they will likely change groups or make them bigger and more players will get them, we just don't know when that will be

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
