BW3 - Issues with the Quest/Medals not updating/syncing on your devices?

Hi bubble poppers!

I have seen a few reports from players having issues with the Quest and rewards not syncing between their devices and blocking the game.

Is it your case too?

I am having an issue with the fairy dash quest not completing. I have gone well beyond the finish line and it is still waiting for me to finish. I even replayed the levels and it is still stuck

@Vicente S Reyes, that is because of your device settings not the games. It takes its lead from how the device was set up. You might want to check assuming you mean the game, if king sites then you choose your country

Hello. I do not have a ghost that did not give me a booster with the chest. I played the level, and the cast that the third one on the way disappeared and did not give me anything. Played 1169 level.

Hi Mia I seem to have issues with things syncing between devices, fairy dash often shows on my iPad but not iPhone. Both connected and logged in, different connection settings tried. Or the tricksies, if I collect on iPad the claim icon won’t go from my iPhone. I couldnt play tricksies on my iPhone this time as the claim wouldn’t go away I had to uninstall and reinstall to get it. Now again I have claimed on iPad so the claim won’t go on iPhone. I click it shows them dancing then goes back to the map. Icon still there. Ghosts quest doesn’t show on both devices all the time either, even with logging out and back in again.
