Hello @PrettyBubbles, Pineapples are my favorite fruits. I like them grilled as a side during the summer.

Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is the perfect side dish for your holiday ham.ย The sweetness of this dish will make you wonder if it is dessert or a side dish!
Prep Time 5 minutesย ย Cook Time 1-hourย ย Servings 8ย servingsย ย ย ย Calories90kcal
Ingredient:
1ย 20 oz.ย crushed pineappleย not drainedย
1ย 20 oz.ย pineapple chunksย drained; juice reserved
1/2ย cupย brown sugar
2ย Tbspย cornstarch
2ย eggsย beaten
1ย tspย vanilla extract
1ย Tbspย butter
1/2ย tspย cinnamon
Instructions
Drain pineapple chunks and reserve 1/4 cup of liquid. Add cornstarch to juice and stir to dissolve.
In a bowl, mix together pineapples, sugar, eggs and vanilla.ย Add in cornstarch mixture.
pour into a baking dish.ย Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 60 minutes.ย Serve warm
Notes
You can use two cans of crushed pineapple but I prefer the texture ofย a can of crushed and a can of chunks. You could substituteย pineapple tidbitsย forย pineapple chunksย also.
Make this 1-2 days ahead of time and keep stored, covered in the refrigerator, and bake before serving.
