Play Each Day reward always at day 1 while I play every day

When you start the game, it shows the amount of days you have played consecutively, and based on that you get a reward. I swear that I play every day at the same time, and each time it gives me day one. Only once in a while it does go up to day 2 or 3 and then resets for no reason. Not fair.

Hi sorry you are having this problem we don't currently have a known issue in bw3 with the daily rewards I am thinking is it a device issue could you please tell me what device and what platform you use to play the game
Also please try checking you have no pending updates then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two and see how if it goes up over the next few days 💓

It appears that unfortunately it is a blip and it does ocasionaly happen I have had it a few times
The amount of days though does not effect the type of rewards you receive
Let's seek how the next few days go and if it is not corrected let me know and add your ID and I will have it checked out for you 💓

Does it always take you automatically to the daily reward? If not, then it will reset. When it doesn't take me there automatically, I go to the the place where you build your house and I collect fairies from another person. Then when I go back to the game levels it will take me to the daily reward to collect.
