I have a fb account on the starter level and a gmail on levels 450+....is there a way to combine them without losing my progress or items?

Would you like to play with your Facebook account or gmail? Is gmail connected to the Kingdom then?
If you would like the progress to the gmail (level 450+) to be moved to Facebook, that is possible. Just let me know your Core ID and I will update your account. To find it, simply follow these steps from your computer:
- Go to your FB account, click on the arrow on the top right corner, then go to Settings
- Click on Apps and Websites from the menu on the left
- Click on Bubble Witch 3 - View and Edit
- Scroll down to the "Get help from app developers" section to find your User ID for the game.

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
