When we're done collecting the bonus and starting over
And we don't choose any new mission this happens
Sometimes I get the reward and choose I want to play again
Get out of the game and get busy with something.
When I remember or get a notification from the game, it happens.
I have to wait a while and maybe the next day so that I can wake the tree up again.

Hi! Thanks for yor comments. I can't actually say there is any rhtme or reason as to why or when this problem occurs. It seemed to happen a lot when I have a blue hat and am striving for the gold hat. Of course, this may simply be a case of iit is most iirritating when I am just about to get the gold hat and then this happens, since I have to shut down the game, so I notice it more then. 🤨Anyway, the only cure I know of is simply to wait it out, it generally comes back in a day or two.

Usually I don't lose my golden hat I had to do that before at the time of a contest

So always keep the hat.

There should not be any kind of relationship between the hats and the wise tree. The reason I bring it up at all is, when I am playing (on Windows PC... not sure how this works on mobile platforms) when the Wise Tree event fails, I can't back out of it, and have to shut the game down. Which always takes away any magical hates Stella is wearing, and condems her to ears the purple hat. As a fasion statement, this is fine, but she loses any of the magic powers the Brown and Blue hats give. And of course, I have to start the hat chase all over. Depending on the level and the chapter involved, this can involve many attempts before success. So t is a little frustrating.
