Fairdy dash stuck at 680

Bubble Witch Saga - Fairy dash unable to receive prizes at level 680
Due to internet issues i was not able to.collect prizes when completing 680.. tried to redo level after internet issue fixed and still wont allow me to collect.. fairy dash not resetting for next world and stuck at 680.. i completed.700 thinking it may reset it with no luck so no fairy prizes at 680 or 700... i also tried to.redo 680 but will not trigger fairy to.give prizes
. I asked thhe question last week with no answee

Hey Nancy,
Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. To avoid that kind of issue, always make sure you're using the latest game version and clear cache and cookies regularly.
For now, I'll add the reward to your game, but I'll need your Game ID for this. To find it:
- Open the game App.
- Tap on the left bottom corner and click on the orange icon.
- DOUBLE TAP on the King logo on the top of the pop up and you will see the ID.

@QueenMia ... clearing thr cache or.cookies on my android did not.fix the issue and i was running the latest version of the game however i uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and it seems to have cleared rhe glitch.. my profile number is 1039952731.. i was number 1 at level.680 and also.didnt get any fairy dash reward at 700 or 720 which i completed before getting an answer.. could u please provide reward.for all 3 worlds? I am now.at.level.733
