Why did I lose my progress in bubble witch saga 3 after I logged out? Lost all my spells too.

I saved the game using my gmail account but I stoli lost everything. I even won the tournament for creating a new bubble witch saga 3 character

Hi Kanye, I do not play this game but I will try to help you with your progress.  Regarding this progress, are you referring to the level that you were on?  If so, please follow the steps on this link:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back.  If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink.  Click on it and complete the contact form.  They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.

I would also like you to please check if you have the most recent version of the game.

On Android, Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app.  It'll say the version you are running under the name.
