Why can't I pass on my candies to other players in Tricksies Party

Just let you know I’m having the same problem passing on candies. It did work once about a week ago if that helps

Still can’t even claim my prize. It’s a been a long time now.

Hi it seems as though it is frozen have tried logging out and leaving your device off for a moment or two
It may help but as the event is ended it may not but you have nothing to loose by trying as with it frozen it won't open up 💓

and today we have tricksies for at least the third time and still can't pass on the candies. Sad that it's taking months to fix the problem

This is getting so tiresome and beyond a joke, the problem has passed through various people of different levels in the hierarchy of the community and yet still not sorted, why bother putting on the challenge when it is flawed, pity because I think a lot of players enjoy the Tricksies, but no more, what is the point!!!

I am using an android phone and and IPad and have the issue on both.
