I lost all my progress when I got a new ipad
Hi did you follow the guidelines I gave you above if so and your levels have not returned it will mean you had not been saving your progress as with that procedure they would of returned
All I can suggest is you select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may be able to restore your levels manually
Please be sure to add your game ID 💓

Your account should have been saved at the last point you played. Contact @PrettyBubbles in the Bubble Witch Community for support and they should be able to restore your game for you. Also, Sega Support can help you by putting in a support ticket at Support <replyto.bubblewitch3@king.com>

If you had your progress saved then please play 1 level then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two this will restore saved levels
You may have to repeat the steps for a second time

Still trying to get my progress back from my laptop to my new laptop. No success no matter what I do. HELP.
