Just installed the game on my iPad 9.7 from 2017, i can open it, but Play or connect buttons are not working, left side menu is working, but i cannot Play. Someone surely had the same issue sometime, how did you solve it? Thanks.

Hi, from yesterday I have the same problem. So I updated my software to the latest IOS and downloaded few times the game and nothing helped, also tried to restart my phone but nothing. I just cant enter the game because the play and connect buttons are not working… Bubble witch 2
Hi, i have the same problem. I have more than 3Gb of free memory, MIUI version 12.5.5, Android 11. If i am not mistaken i can't access my ID without entering the game. Or is there any other way? Thank you for any suggestions

Hi welcome my friend sorry to see you are having this problem let's see if a reset will help you
Please clear the cache from your device settings menu check you have a strong Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory
Sign out of everything (not just close) and leave your device off for a moment or two
Sign back in and let's see if this works 💓

Hi and welcome to the BW3 family. So sorry you are having a problem.
Let just do a reset on your game. Log our of your game , let it set for 15 seconds or so. Log back in with password and everything should be reset for you 🤗
help im stuck on the intro screen (the one where you have the big “bubble witch saga” title), whenever i press play or the button underneath that, nothing at all happens- how do i fix this?

Hi my friend no we haven't had anyone report this issue it appears something may be wrong with your device when selecting the tabs if it was a game issue your uninstall and the trouble shooting would of corrected it 💓

I just installed the game and updated the ipad, so all it completely up to date. I cannot clear game cache on ios, but i tried reinstalling a few times aswell.
Yes I noticed everything you said but needed to know if your device was compatible my replies are never generic
As you have confirmed all of the above I do not know why certain buttons on your device are not working
Maybe you could try checking you have no pending updates clearing the in game cache from your device settings menu then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this cleares it for you 💓
as i stated, it is an ipad, so it is logical i don’t have windows on it (would appreciate it od you read what i wrote instead od pasting generic answers). ios is version 16, plus, if it was incompatible, app store wouldn’t have let me install it at all. please read my issue and help if you can.
Hi my friend it may be the case that your device is no longer compatible as you need to play via Windows 10 or above on a pc or ios 9 or above or a mobile device
You also need a good Internet connection plus a minimum of 2 gig free memory
