Just installed the game on my iPad 9.7 from 2017, i can open it, but Play or connect buttons are not working, left side menu is working, but i cannot Play. Someone surely had the same issue sometime, how did you solve it? Thanks.

It is the model as your purchased it.
For example chromebook 8 was what you purchased or chromebook something else 💓
How do I check my device version?
Hi I think this has to be a device issue as every trouble shooting possible has not worked
Your chromebook may not be compatible any more to run multiple games/apps it needs to be iOs 12 or above can you confirm your device version
You could try closing everything and then only open bw3 and see if you can connect as you may have to many apps open
Also if your device is compatible then your Internet connection may have dropped 💓
Yes, but when I click the connect tab, it says ' no connection'. I can connect on Candy Crush, so I don't understand why I can't connect .

Hi if you uninstalled thats why your levels have dropped
Please play 1 level then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two any saved progress will then return
Please select the cog wheel bottom left of your game home page in the tabs you should see profile if not and you see a connect tab instead of a profile tab Please select it and follow the instructions 💓
I play on a Chromebook. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. This has been happening for a long time and I really like the game

We had a game update on Friday which contained a fix for this issue
Please check yours is not still pending in your app store
Then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two
