I am not receiving my boosters when I upgrade my home area

Each time I upgrade my home area, the chest says I have recived boosts, but they do not show up!

    Please can I confirm if you only experience this problem on Facebook, if you have a mobile device too, please could you check if the same problem appears there too?

    I play only on FB (as my question showed) Also, I received a gift of gold and it did not show up either!!
