Revamp home area

I haven't been able to revamp for over a week now. When I click on my home, I have a 'Coming Soon' showing with no option to revamp. One of the challenges is to revamp your home area and obviously, I cannot complete that challenge. This also happened once before. Can you tell me why this occurs and how long will it be before I am able to revamp again? I am playing on my laptop using Facebook on a Chrome browser.
