It says Fairy coming soon and has for several weeks! Can't revamp! What's up with it?

Mine has been doing the same thing. I have tried Uninstalling etc..I have so much fairy dust built up but can't use it.

Following an update on 27 Feb I no longer get the option to use good bars to buy extra bubbles

n Leo's Cup, instead of increasing, the score decreases every time you pass a level. I have reported the problem several times but have not received any response.
