Bubble witch saga 3 bubbles that don't pop

I'm a new player and can't figure out why when sometimes I aim and shoot the bubble, it just sticks to the same color bubble and doesn't pop. It usually happens when I've only got a few bubbles left and it's very frustrating! Please help and let me know why this is happening.Thank you

    Hello Denae, to remove bubbles you need to make a group of at least 3 bubbles of the same color.  Are the ones that are not popping only one or two?
