Lost progress in Bubble Witch Saga 3

I had to reinstall the firmware on my phone and when i logged back into facebook on bubble witch saga 3 it started me back at the beginning. can you check and see if i have saved game progress somewhere and what i am doing wrong?

Hi Michael, if you were logged into facebook it should have saved your game. I've found that sometimes you have to reload or reconnect to facebook for connections to correct them selves. Let us know if it does not come back and your progress can be fixed.

Not exactly the correct answer. Turns out my progress was saved on Google not Facebook, so you pointed me in the right direction and I got it fixed. Thanks!
