I am on level 66 and it's asking me to activate a bonus but the activate button isn't working and it won't let me go back or continue the game without the button! How can I do?

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
