Hi amac, there have been a few teccy issues with the tricksies. I myself had to uninstall the game and reinstall it before it would go away, even once I had claimed it. I am going to pass this over to the bubble Mod, Mia and she will be able to help you

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
