Gold bars gone when app crashed

On 16th October i was playing Bubble witch 3 and as I opted to use my last 9 gold bars in an attempt to clear a level the app crashed. This resulted in my bars being deducted from my total but having to restart the level all over again.Is there anything that can be done to replace my gold bars please.Thank you in advance

I'm sorry you had issues with the game. Were they purchased Gold Bars? I'll have to check your account and for this I'll need you to provide me with your Game Id. To find it:
- Open the game App.
- Tap on the left bottom corner and click on the orange icon.
- DOUBLE TAP on the King logo on the top of the pop up and you will see the ID.
