Open piggy bank

How do I open the piggy bank? It is full, so I am not banking anymore good bars. When I click on the bank, it takes me to the purchase link. The $2.99 is black and I can not purchase.

    Please clear cache and cookies, then make sure you have the latest App & browser version updated. Then close and reopen the game, that should solve the issue.
