    I've added some Gold Bars to your game too! Like I've mentioned here throughout the thread, if you are playing the game also on mobile or on Windows 10 app, you shouldn't be having issues there. 
    The holiday season slows down the investigation so you might have the issue in Facebook for some time.

    When I start playing each day there's a daily bonus (sometimes boosters) but after I claim them they aren't at the bottom of the page for me to use, they just dissapear. Please assist. Thank you.

    I am not able to get the daily bonus and I have a chest to open but I get an error message   Also the store is not available

    For the last few weeks I have not gotten my power ups. Maggie's chest is working great! I am missing I think 5 stereo bolts and one star power up. Thanks for your assistance. FB ID 1774672829525733.

    I am also not getting my daily bonuses from Maggie's Chest and as far as I can tell, haven't for a couple weeks.  Facebook, ID 10159459541690721. Thank you!

    I haven't received my daily gifts for over a week, can you please fix this or I'm going to stop playing your game and spending any more money

    Well, since it's still the holidays I guess that is why I didn't get any prizes for winning the Fairy Dash (something like that) - my prize was supposed to be 2 stereo bolts, 2 sparkling blasts and a magic beam.  Along with not receiving what is actually in the daily chest (except dust) - It feels bad.  :(   My ID: 10212058854368020

    I've added some Gold Bars to your game to make up for the inconvenience caused. Like mentioned here, as it's the holiday season you might have this issue for some time. This issue seems to be exclusively in Facebook though so if you are playing on mobile you shouldn't have issues. Or if you have a Windows 10 machine, you can download the game from Store and play there.

    It is sad I know - hopefully you can collect your daily chests normally soon. If you are playing also on other devices (tablet, mobile) you shouldn't have issues there.
