    Hi my friend Please select the the 3 dashes icon bottom left of your start up screen you should then see this

    If instead of seeing profile you see connect select this and complete the process you will be given this should reconnect you

    Are you selecting the dashes bottom left and not the connect tab on your page 💓

    Yes, I selected the three dashes to click on the Connection button and then I got the message No connection

    Do I need to uninstall the app and then reinstall it?

    Even with it saying no connection you should see after selecting the dashes see my screen shot as you would see connect instead of profile

    It may be a good idea at this stage as all trouble shooting is not working to either uninstall but you would loose any saved boosters and your progress may drop if you haven't been saving it but if you have once you play 1 level close down and leave you device off for a moment or two will restore any saved levels or you can choose to select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services that all trouble shooting has failed in the community except a uninstall and ask if they have any further advice

    I did it, still the same message No connection

    I had sent a message to support earlier, but I only had the choice of "Mobile" as a platform, I reported it in my message and I also reported my problem by entering my ID

    This is not cool, the game was working perfectly yesterday morning

    Hi the process of recovering any levels lost is if you choose to uninstall and find you have then lost levels

    If you choose to contact support select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page as that has has this form to complete it is not device specific 💓

    Good morning @PrettyBubbles,

    Deleting the game and reinstalling it and following your directions above I get the following error message. I have double checked and my email address and password to my account are correctly entered. Need your help here, please and thank you so much.

    I followed the support instructions and the Reset app option fixed the problem
