I was just wondering why the latest season was reset befor it was finished as there was still twelve hours to go and I was at number two on the ladder? Also, I'm not receiving chests foe completing a level ie, 3099 and then defeating Morgana, this has happened for three levels, thank you for your replies.

I recently had something similar happened to me and this is the second time this has happened recently. I was in first place with over 150 with second place having under 20 so I know I would have won I wasn't able to log in for 2 days I logged in today to play and realized that the star cats had it reset yet I didn't get any prizes and didn't move up to the next level I'm still an apprentice. I don't know why this keeps happening and why I keep missing out on my prizes and why I'm not moving out of apprentice League even though I'm coming in first place?
