Same here, samsung 22, and it is just the ads for additoonal bubbles that has just stopped working for the last few days. Done everything support told me, but still nothing and I've lost so many chances at gold, and my boosters. Please fix this.

Same Here and support told me to do all these things but nothing works.I've lost a chance at golden status on at least 3 levels. And unibstalling and reinstalling lost me spells to use. I hope they fix this fast.

Watch ads ... complete ... no issues .. until you return to game and it's frozen. Need to restart. Been this way since middle of last week. Please help

Pure io come tutti voi, stesso problema. Ho provato a fare tutto cio che mi è stato suggerito ma rimango bloccata sul livello 7239.

Io ho un Samsung A 25

Same here and support was no help at all. The just tell you to try all of the obvious things. I think it was the last update that is causing the problem.

I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work. Doesn’t matter what ad, and it’s only with the ads for more bubbles. All other ads work fine. For reference I’m playing on an iPhone

I am having the same problem. When I watch an ad to get more bubbles, the first ad plays, it returns to the screen where I should be able to have the choice to watch another ad, but at that point, it seems to get stuck. There is still the animated motion in the background, but it won’t give me the two bubbles I should get, and it doesn’t switch to watch more videos. The only choice I have is to quit out of BubbleWitch.

My Grandma’s game has been doing that as well as mine. As soon as you close the ad it’s just completely frozen and you are forced to close the game. I don’t think it’s any particular ad that is the issue because it happens with different ads. It seems like it could be a game issue on their end if it’s happening to more than one person on different types of devices. We have iPhone 13 Pro max’s. I’ve emailed support and sent them a video of the issue so hopefully they can figure it out, she loves playing and has been really sad it’s been messed up!

Hi,

Every time I watch an ad to get more balls, the game freezes.

I'm playing on a Samsung Galaxy S21. My phone and the app are up to date. I have restarted my phone, and un-installed and re-installed the game. Still no luck.

Any tips?
