Only 18 moves level 760

so I finished chapter 39 BubbleWitch3 ended up in first place and did not receive any rewards. But I have yet to beat Morgana. So I went to watch several videos on how to complete this round, the thing I noticed was all the videos started with 28 moves... I’m wondering why it is that I only start with 18 moves which is almost impossible especially if your not using any boosters at the beginning and have extra moves at the end. I have come to within one move of beating it and Morgan’s flies way to the back. Seriously there has to be an error on this level.
