Everytime i restart my mobile Phone the game start at level 1
I have a king account and community.
I dont have FB

Hi my friend if you are not using wi fi what other Internet connection are using as if you are trying to connect you need to be doing over live Internet 💓
I think its a problem with this game
With other games from King i have no problems
I delete this game .
There is no fun when i start evers time with level 1
My internet is very good so thats not the problem .
I remove the game and all cache.
I reinstale the game without WiFi.
But still the same problem .
I payed this game many times. But this is the first time this happend
I only wanted to restart the game from leven 1
Can you please try from your phone setting menu then apps and clear the game cach
Then log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a couple of minutes
Sometimes overloaded cache can create issues
If the process does not work the only thing left to advise you is to uninstall but you will loose any saved boosters
If you still after all the steps can not connect there has to be something wrong with your Internet connection not being strong enough 💓
I have Android 14
And upload my game with play store
If you selected connect and followed the instructions and can not connect it has be a connection issue at your end or a device issue
Can you confirm your device and platform you can only now play using android 10 or above via the play store or iPhone iOS 10 or above via the play store 💓
