No Rewards

Hi I've just reached the top level in "be the fastest to level 1360" in first place. Unfortunately I didn't have internet access at the time and the game

doesn't seem to recognize the fact that I have passed that level.

I think the best thing to do @woody is to reinstall it if you don't have saved boosters (as they get lost in the process) because that is likely the only way the game will realise you have moved ahead. Are you connecting through Facebook or the Kingdom? Make sure you are to one of them so you don't lose progress, and @QueenMia will help you out with the rewards

In future though where possible always make sure you are connected for the last couple of levels that you need to complete at least so it registers.

I had to do the same with the tricksies and once with fairy dash when it told me I had to complete so many levels the numbers ran out off the screen

Hi Woody, I assume you were playing offline then, didn't it tally up once you connected?
Can you add a screenshot showing you have passed it and I will tag our wonderful @QueenMia to see if she can help

Hi Can someone fix this please. I'm not getting any new Fairy Dash challenges because the game still thinks i haven't reached level 1360

I have been collecting crowns pretty much every level and I have never once recieved a reward. Just found out you are supposed to. Not sure what's wrong. I have the latest version of the app on my phone so it's not that.

Hi @Sunset-2 I checked with the CM and we don’t get rewards for the crowns, it’s just a personal achievement
