wir feiern hier auch kein Halloween. Ich lebe in einem ganz kleinen Ort in Deutschland. Allerdings sieht man immer öfter an den Häusern und Straßen große beleuchtete Kürbisse mit gruseligen Gesichtern. Das finde ich schön und lustig. 😊
Aus der Nachbarschaft kommen ein paar Kinder die sich lustig verkleiden. Als Prinzessin, Geist oder Pirat. Sie bekommen dann Süßigkeiten.
Allen Zauberern und Hexen eine schöne Halloween Zeit. 🤗🎃

Scary or fun and why
In my neighborhood in Laguna Beach, there are two up from my house that are blocked off on Halloween eve. Almost all of the people living on the streets decorate. Many even have Haunted Houses. It is annual event that is highly anticipated.
It is scary for the little kids and even grown ups! I like being scared so I go in the Haunted Houses. It is fun to see all the different costumes. Great time for all

In the past @PrettyBubbles we have participated in the neighborhood trick or treating event, including putting our pets in costume. However we just moved and don’t know what the new neighborhood does for trick or treating.
However it appears that there is going to be a big party (including a potluck) in the neighborhood so I am hoping my husband and I will attend. It looks like a fun way to meet our new neighbors.

We have hayrides throughout our neighborhood we stop and let the kids trick or treat people we know and we let them bob for apples. Candy apples that my mom makes, and of course a lil haunted house for them to scream thru lol.
I find it funny and fun. Keeps family together and close

This year I will be staying home and eating pizza and watching Horror movies. We don't get much children trick or treating as much due to school/church activities. Halloween has really died down within the last few years.
I used to enjoy watching the little ones dress up in their costumes and when my daughter was little I would love to dress her up and take her door to door.
